OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders within the teritorry of republic of Croatia .
International shipping price is 9.50e .
Croatia 2-5 working days
Europe 6-12 working days
Rest of the world 10-20 working days
We only deliver in methods that offer tracking numbers.
Your packages may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees imposed by your own country or the carrier on their behalf. We have no control over these charges and they are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping costs that were quoted and that which you were charged. We do not control these taxes in any way, nor do we receive this money. You will be require to pay for these costs (if any) by your local parcel carrier or customs office. We accept returns within the 14 days from receiving the item.
Any returned item must be in its original condition ,and all tags need to be intact.Once your return is received and inspected,we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
To return your product for a refund you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them and inspect the condition of the products.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
